Dr. Jessica Latimer
DDS, DMSc, Board-Certified Periodontist
Dr. Jessica Latimer earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry, where she was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society.
She completed her specialty training in periodontology at the Harvard School of Dental Medicine, where she also earned a Doctor of Medical Sciences in Oral Biology with honors.
Dr. Latimer is a recipient of numerous professional distinctions, including the Harvard Division of Periodontology Fellowship, the American Academy of Periodontology Clinical Impact and Clinical Science awards, and the Harvard Presidential Scholarship.
Dr. Latimer is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the National Osteology Group USA leadership team.
As a clinician-scientist and board-certified periodontist, Dr. Latimer is committed to advancing periodontology through predoctoral and postgraduate education at Harvard University and practice-based research, and clinical care in the Greater Boston area.
Dr. Gazelle Crasto
MS, PHD, DDS, MS Board-Certified Periodontist
Dr. Gazelle Jean Crasto embarked on her academic journey in dentistry with a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Toronto. Seeking to bridge the gap between research and clinical application, Dr. Crasto obtained her Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University, graduating with Honors in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology.
She completed her speciality training with a certificate and Masters of Science in periodontology at Columbia University's College of Dental Medicine.
Throughout her career, Dr. Crasto has been honored with numerous prestigious national and internal awards recognizing her significant contributions to both research and clinical practice. Notable accolades include the IADR Hatton Research Award, and the NESP Tannenbaum Clinical Award.
As a clinician-scientist and board-certified periodontist, Dr. Crasto is multifaceted expertise by collaborating with Rutgers University as Assistant Professor while also maintaining a thriving private practice in Long Island, New York
